How do I order?
We’re so excited you’re here! All ordering can be done over email. Please include as many details as possible when inquiring, the more information the better. It’s super helpful to include your event date & time, event location, design inspiration, & any event colors.
What about delivery?
Contactless delivery is here! We need but an address & delivery time, & your sweets will be delivered right to your event. Your delivery fee is individually calculated & based on distance from our kitchen. Pick up is not available at this time.
How is pricing done?
A custom cake means custom pricing. Each cake is individually priced & based on multiple factors like size, filling, & design. Popular cake flavors are listed on the Custom Cakes page. Pricing for your dessert bar can be found on the Menu page.
Do you really need 4 week’s notice?
Yes! As a custom bake shop, we take on a limited number of orders each week. All cakes & dessert tables require a 50% deposit in order to hold your event date. The remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to your event. Design or flavor changes cannot be made within that two week period leading up to your event.
Can you provide my venue a COI?
You bet! Please email your venue’s address & the contact name to be additionally insured. It will be emailed to your event coordinator or brought in person upon request.
